Yoga Strong

Yoga Strong

Time: 6:30pm to 7:15pm

Yoga Strong is a fusion of yoga and resistance training. Functional exercises like squats, lunges, pushups and planks will be highlighted and woven into flowing sequences. The pace will be quicker than traditional yoga as pop music (versus Sanskrit) will be played.
