If equipment is lost or no longer can be returned a charge is incurred on their account. If UVA Rec staff can’t locate it, the burden of proof falls on the person who rented out the equipment.
If equipment has not been returned, user will incur a charge on their account.
Charges for unreturned equipment:
Equipment not listed on the charge list is not subject to fees or suspension. Equipment charges to be evaluated at the start of each academic term.
