Ladies Night in the Weight Room
This event is intended for all bodies, all genders and all abilities aiming to feel more confident in the weight room.
Join us on Wednesday, March 20th from 6-8pm. Drop-in on a variety of activities and information booths. Chat with our registered dietician, learn some new lifting techniques in the weight room, climb in the climbing center or participate in a Group Fitness class.
We’ll have healthy snacks for you, giveaways and a free tank top for the first 100 participants! Tank top designed by Victoria Thompson.
Ladies Night in the Weight Room | Weight Room
Our personal trainers will be present to provide instruction on how to set up weight racks, how to perform exercises safely and effectively, and answer your lifting questions. Trainers will be available between 6-8pm so drop-in at any time! Participants are also welcome to work out on their own during the event.
Group Fitness Sampler Class | Multi-Purpose Rooms 1 & 2
Drop-in, drop-out at your leisure. Stay for one or both of the mini classes!
6:30-7:05pm – HIIT with Chiara
7:10-7:45pm – Zumba with Allison
Bouldering | Climbing Center
Come boulder with us! Never tried it before? No worries! We have a great staff to give you pointers. Wear comfortable clothing you can move in. Climbing shoes will be provided.
