Membership Refunds
Membership fee refunds are prorated minus 15% of the original price for processing.
Program Refunds
Full refunds are available only if requested more than 3 days before the start date of the program. Refunds requested less than three days in advance but before the program begins will be assessed at 50% processing fee. Refunds are not available after a program has begun.
Program Cancellations
A credit for the amount paid will be placed on your UVA Rec account in the event UVA Rec cancels a program.
Non-Refundable
Outdoor Recreation programs and Group Exercise passes are non-refundable and non-transferable.
