Yoga Inversions: Special Workshop
Time: 4:00pm to 6:00pm
This 2-hr workshop will explore both active (shoulder stand and forearm stand) and passive (legs up the wall) inversions. Learn the physiological benefits of flipping upside down as well as how to engage your body properly and safely to support the entry and exit of inversion poses. Whether you are already comfortable with inversions or not, there is something for everyone in this workshop!
