← Back to Policies

Patrons with cardiovascular disease, high blood pressure, seizures, pregnancy, or any other pre-existing medical condition that may be aggravated by use of the sauna, hot tub, or exertion of energy due to exercise should use extreme caution. Please consult with your physician with regards to participation in aquatic spaces if you have any pre-existing medical condition prior to use or participation at the AFC and NGRC pool, hot tub or sauna.

Avoid consumption of food or alcoholic beverages before using the pool, hot tub and sauna.

Avoid pool use if you have any considerable areas of exposed sub-skin tissue, open blisters, cuts, sunburn, etc.; these are likely to become infected or infect others.

Upon experiencing any nausea, dizziness, hot flashes or cold chills, headaches, or other discomfort, leave the pool, sauna, or hot tub at once.
